Shipping and Return Policy

SPR8 sells items directly from inventory.  We do not take pre-orders or make sales when items are out of stock.  We apologize if SPR8 is temporarily unavailable.  This ensures all customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.  Shipments are typically prepared within 48 hours from when your order is placed and usually arrive in 1-2 weeks.  SPR8, 8KAIZEN INC. and its affiliates are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. 

 

All SPR8 V.90B sales are final.  Edible/infusion products are generally treated as food/ingredients and therefore perishable, so we cannot accept returns for items that have already been in customer possession. Refunds/Replacements are issued at the sole discretion of the SPR8 team.  If you have a problem, question or concern about your order email us at spr8.shop@gmail.com so we can remedy for you!

 

If you experience a hardware failure, please take a photograph and contact us with your order number to request a hardware replacement and transfer kit so you can continue to use your remaining SPR8 solution.  (email us at spr8.shop@gmail.com)
